Today is a cranky day. I am so insanely cranky at all things that I have no idea why I don't go back to bed and come out in a few hours, hopefully with a fresh look at the world. But no, I have a uni assignment to prepare for, and therefore I must stay awake/work through my grumpiness. When really all I want to do is yell and throw things and cry.
Instead, I was having a play with some of my stuff, because I have decided to shop my stash a little bit and use up some of my products (I have A LOT of beauty products kicking around), and I remembered that I bought the new Benefit "They're Real!" mascara the other day and I haven't written about it yet! Silly me.
I am in love with this Mascara, it is truly amazing! I wrote a little bit about my first impressions the other day, but I love this mascara. So, in an easy to read format:
1. Love the volume that this mascara gives your lashes. Serious Twiggy eyes. Amazing
2. Love the length that "They're real!" also gives you. Normally volume means that you don't get much length, but with this mascara you definitely get both. Love.
3. Love the rubber brush. This brush combs through all of the mascara you have just put on your lashes, meaning no clumps, and it adds amazing curl. Plus, it also helps to lift, define and separate. Sounds a little like a bra, but man it does it's job well. Win.
4. The formula is really long lasting. Although it is not technically waterproof, I have been using a waterproof eye makeup remover to remove at the end of the day. Water doesn't cut it. I guess that's a good thing right? (Although I am always a little lazy with removing eye makeup and sometimes I like a mascara that removes with water).
5. The packaging is super cute as well. As all Benefit stuff always is. Love times a thousand.
The only downside? I have noticed that I get black marks on my brow bone after awhile, because it tends to make my lashes so long that they hit against my brow bone. This is easily rectified by OCD rubbing of my brow bone a few times during the day, but for those that aren't into that, maybe watch out.

LOL @ OCD brow bone rubbing, I tend to do that but with my undereyes because I'm paranoid about smudging. Nice review! :)
